The Shreveport and Bossier offices handle cases filed in the Western District of Louisiana "Shreveport Division." The Shreveport Division of the United States Bankruptcy Court is comprised of the following parishes: Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne, DeSoto, Red River, Sabine and Webster. If you reside in one of these parishes, your case will be filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Louisiana in the Shreveport Division.
Judge Stephen V. Callaway presides over all bankruptcy cases in the Shreveport Division. Chapter 13 trustee is Lucy G. Sikes and Chapter 7 trustees are John W. Luster and John S. Hodge.
