Paul M. Cooke

Paul M. Cooke is a partner in the law firm of Simon, Fitzgerald, Cooke, Reed & Welch. Mr. Cooke graduated from Centenary College in 1968 in Business and received his Juris Doctor degree from the Louisiana State University Law School in Baton Rouge in 1972. Mr. Cooke represents both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy. Mr. Cooke is a member of the Shreveport Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association. His practice is primarily in the areas of Bankruptcy, Business Agreements, Corporate Law and Probate.

Chatham H. Reed

Chatham H. Reed is a partner in the law firm of Simon, Fitzgerald, Cooke, Reed & Welch. Mr. Reed graduated from Centenary College in 1964 in English. After a year in France as a Fulbright Scholar, Mr. Reed obtained a Masters Degree in Romance Languages at Duke University. He then graduated from the University of Texas Law School in 1973. Mr. Reed is fluent in French. Mr. Reed is a member of the Shreveport Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Reed represents debtors, creditors and trustees in bankruptcy. His practice is primarily in the areas of Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation.

Keith M. Welch

Keith M. Welch is a partner in the law firm of Simon, Fitzgerald, Cooke, Reed & Welch. Mr. Welch graduated from Louisiana Tech University in Mechanical Engineering in 1972 and received his Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University Law School in Baton Rouge in 1976. His practice is primarily in the areas of Business and Consumer Bankruptcy. He represents debtors and creditors in bankruptcy. Mr. Welch is one of only five attorneys certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization as both a Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist and a Business Bankruptcy Specialist. Mr. Welch formerly served on the Bankruptcy Advisory Commission for the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of the Shreveport Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Kevin R. Molloy

Kevin R. Molloy is a partner in the law firm of Simon, Fitzgerald, Cooke, Reed & Welch. Mr. Molloy graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1982 with a degree in Business Administration and later received his Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University Law School in Baton Rouge in 1985 where he was President of the student body and was the Student Member of the Louisiana State University Board of Supervisors. Mr. Molloy also served as a law clerk for Chief Bankruptcy Judge Stephen V. Callaway from 1986 to 1987. Mr. Molloy is a member of the Shreveport Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, Commercial Law League of America, and is currently serving as a delegate to the Louisiana State Bar Association House of Delegates. His practice is primarily in the areas of Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law. He represents debtors, creditors and trustees in bankruptcy. Mr. Molloy is one of only five attorneys certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization as both a Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist and a Business Bankruptcy Specialist. Mr. Molloy is currently the Chair of the Consumer Protection and Bankruptcy Law Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association and has previously serverd as Chairman of the Bankruptcy Advisory Commision for the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization.
