I joined Simon Fitzgerald LLC in 1977, and for the last 30 years, I’ve practiced bankruptcy law in Shreveport / Monroe. Our mentor, Archie Simon, was a premier bankruptcy attorney in Louisiana and an original senior partner in Simon Fitzgerald LLC. We’ve been involved in bankruptcy law for well over 50 years, tracing the original firm back to 1907.
Since 1999, we’ve primarily represented individuals and small businesses in Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 filings.
