Meet Peyton Levy, a part-time Front Desk team member at Simon Fitzgerald LLC, serving clients through the firm’s Lafayette office which also serves the Lake Charles area. Peyton helps keep the office running smoothly by answering phone calls and emails, helping clients with documents and payments, mailing letters, filing paperwork, uploading documents, sorting office mail, and supporting attorneys and staff wherever help is needed.
For many clients, calling a bankruptcy law firm can feel stressful or even embarrassing. Peyton understands that people often contact Simon Fitzgerald during one of the hardest financial seasons of their lives. Her goal is to help each person feel heard, respected, and supported from the first call forward.
Peyton works closely with Karl Helo and Ryan Robinson and helps with the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps client matters moving. Clients may not always see that work, but it matters. Organizing documents, handling communications, processing payments, and making sure information gets to the right place all help the attorneys focus on the legal side of each case.
Peyton was drawn to the legal field at an early age. Her father is an attorney at Simon Fitzgerald LLC, and watching his commitment to clients helped spark her interest in law. She admired the way he worked hard, cared for people, and helped clients through difficult situations. That example inspired Peyton to learn more about the legal profession and gain hands-on experience supporting clients.
As a student at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Peyton is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in pre-law and a minor in Criminal Justice. Her experience in customer service and administrative support helps her communicate clearly, stay organized, solve problems, and manage several tasks at once.
When clients speak with Peyton, they can expect kindness, patience, and professionalism. She wants every person who contacts the office to feel comfortable asking questions and confident that she will help or connect them with the right team member.
Outside of work, Peyton enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, attending church, and staying active in campus life. She is involved in Tri Delta at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She was born and raised in Bossier City, Louisiana, has two dogs, and enjoys time at the lake, Louisiana food, country music, and reality TV. She is also a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers, and a fun fact about Peyton is that she was once a member of the UL Lafayette Cheer Team.
